CREATING AND DESIGNING YOUR E-POSTER

1. It must be done in PowerPoint® in 16:9 format, vertical, only one slide, for which:

    - Open Power Point® and enter the Design tab.

    - Then go to “Slide Size” choose the option that says 16:9 Vertical Panoramic or go to “Custom Slide Size” and write: Width: 19.05 cm and Height: 33.867 cm. Vertical.

2. Use standard fonts (typography), which are clear to facilitate reading and contrasting color with the background, preferably plain.

3. Content of the slide:

    - Place the assigned poster number in bold and larger than the general text in the upper right corner.

    - The title must be in capital letters and bold.

    For the rest of the text, use a font size larger than 9 points. Must include:

    - Authors.

    - Affiliations.

   -  Conflict of interest of the authors.

   - It is suggested to include the author responsible for the ePoster, country and email.

   - It is allowed to include the institution or university logo.

   - It is not allowed to include commercial companies’ logos.

    - Research Work: Introduction & objectives / Materials & methods / Results / Conclusion / Bibliography.

    - Clinical Cases: Introduction / Case presentation / Discussion / Bibliography.

4. For poster design:

    - It is allowed to use: short and light videos that start automatically, images in format.

    - PowerPoint® hyperlinks, animations and transitions are not allowed.

5. Maximum file size: 10 MB.

SUBMITTING YOUR E-POSTER

Once your poster is finished, to save it, use as file name the number of your abstract (360) and then the beginning of the title of the abstract (example: the file should be called 0001_First_words_of_title). Send it saved in PowerPoint. 

Deadline for uploading the ePoster is Friday, September 27, 11:59 p.m. (GMT -3) 

You must respect the deadline for sending the ePoster. It is important to receive the material within the indicated period in order to check the content and add it to the WCD software.
